I hardly travel outside of the PNW. The last time I took a trip to Denver for work, I got snowed in and had to spend the better part of 2 days at the airport.
This year, I'm making plans to go to JoeFest in Augusta. Those of you who have been following this blog for any amount of time know that my obsession with collecting comics really started with G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero.
I've been fortunate enough to meet Larry Hama once when he came to Rose City Comic Con a few years back, and this time I really want to get one of my favorite comics double signed by not only Hama, but the legendary Sgt. Slaughter!
And not just any issue of G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, but issue #48 - The first appearance of Sgt. Slaughter!
